I understand that Château Noir is an air charter broker acting as my agent, not an air carrier, and that the operating carrier, insurance status and total price will be disclosed in writing before I pay. No payment is taken now and a request creates no obligation. We source quotes only from FAA Part 135 operators rated ARGUS Gold or higher, or Wyvern. See our Charter Broker Disclosure.

How it works

Request. Share your trip. No payment, no obligation.
We source. We contact safety-rated Part 135 operators for you.
Your written quote. Operator name and certificate, aircraft, our role, insurance status and the all-in total, including federal excise tax and segment fees.
Operator confirms. The operator confirms in writing that it will fly your trip. Until then, nothing can be paid.
Pay. Securely through Stripe, in full or with a deposit. Full refund if the flight cannot be performed.

Broker, not carrier. Château Noir is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier. Château Noir does not own or operate aircraft. Every flight is operated by an FAA-certificated direct air carrier (14 CFR Part 135, or equivalent foreign authority) that holds operational control of the flight. Read the disclosure.
